TripInTravel.com is operated by TripInTravel S. de R.L. de C.V. a company registered in Mexico (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “TripInTravel”).

3. Bookings and Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• Prices are shown in the currency indicated and may be subject to taxes and service fees.
• Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit card details.
• Once a booking is confirmed, a binding contract is formed between you and the property owner/manager (or us, if we act as agent or principal — as indicated at booking).

4. Cancellations, Refunds & No-Shows

Cancellation and refund policies are determined by each individual property and will be clearly displayed before you confirm your booking. Please read them carefully — some bookings are non-refundable.

5. Your Responsibilities

• You agree to provide accurate and complete information when making a booking.
• You are responsible for any damage caused to the property during your stay (beyond normal wear and tear).
• You must comply with the house rules of each property.

6. Our Liability

• We act primarily as an advertising and booking platform. We carefully select and verify properties, but we are not responsible for the accuracy of third-party descriptions or photos.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, TripInTravel excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage.
• Our total liability to you shall not exceed the total amount paid for the booking in question.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website (photos, text, logos, etc.) is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with the “Last updated” date. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Mexico. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Website and Services shall be submitted exclusively to the competent courts of Monterrey, Nuevo León, Mexico.
