No, we do not offer instant bookings. To ensure the property is truly available and that you qualify as a guest (many of our luxury property owners have strict criteria, such as no young groups, specific family requirements, or other preferences), all bookings require manual review and approval. This personalized process helps match the right guests with our exclusive villas for the best experience. We understand that your time is valuable—our team is highly diligent and responds quickly, usually within a few hours (and always within 24 hours), so you can secure your perfect luxury getaway without unnecessary delays.

2. How do I know if a property is available for my dates?

You can view the property's calendar on its listing page to see blocked or available dates. However, since calendars are managed directly with owners, final availability is confirmed only after we review your inquiry. Select your desired check-in and check-out dates, submit a booking request, and our dedicated team will verify everything with the owner and respond promptly—we know time is of the essence for our discerning guests.

3. Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount when booking

Yes, many of our properties allow a deposit to secure your reservation (typically 50%, depending on the owner). Once your booking request is approved, we'll send an invoice for the deposit right away. The remaining balance is usually due closer to your arrival date (e.g., 30-60-90 days prior). We accept secure payments via bank transfer, credit card, or other methods—details provided upon approval. This flexibility helps with planning your luxury getaway.

4. How do I cancel a booking?

Cancellation policies vary by property and are clearly stated in your booking confirmation. Generally, deposits will be 100% fully refundable as we don't charge cancellations fee or administrative fee if canceled in advance withing cancellation policy (e.g., 60+ days). Closer to arrival, refunds will depend on the owner's policy and whether we can re-book the dates (we are usually able to do).
