Our cancellation policy or Villas and Properties Cancellation Policies will be outlined in your contract during the booking process and can vary based on the property and season. It’s important to review this before confirming your reservation.

Most properties have free cancellation 60 days before arrival. 

Amenities vary by property, but commonly included are fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi, linens, towels, toiletries, air conditioning, access to shared or private pools, and full staff, some of the properties include all meals and transportation is included in every booking.

Transportation is included in most properties, however if you choose to rent a car we can help. Just lets us know your special plans.

Housekeeping frequency varies based on the property. Generally, daily cleaning is provided in Punta Mita and Tulum, and additional services can be arranged upon request for an extra fee for Ixtapa or Puerto Vallarta.

Currency in Mexico is Pesos and is at 20 x 1, around this time.
