Our minimum rental is 4 four nights.
Christmas and New Year’s bookings require a 7-night minimum.
Alcoholic beverages are not included in the rental fee.

Non-smoking villa. Smoking is not allowed indoors, including bedrooms and bathrooms. Violation of this policy will result in a $500.00 per day cleaning fee.
The fee for small pets under 20 lbs is $250 per week. (Sorry, Pets larger than 20 lbs are not permitted)
