Experience the ultimate blend of luxury and sustainability at Casa Reed, a stunning 3-bedroom oceanfront villa nestled in Tulum’s most exclusive and pristine beach area. Surrounded by lush native palm trees and featuring breathtaking sea views, this stylishly decorated villa offers an unmatched setting for relaxation, privacy, and tranquility.
Located at km 10 on Tulum Beach, Casa Reed provides a serene retreat while being just steps away from Tulum’s trendiest restaurants and boutique hotels. The property boasts direct access to a private beach area and a unique, 800-meter-long cenote that is exclusively available to guests—a rare gem for a truly immersive experience.
The villa consists of two houses spaced 50 meters apart, with the beach shared between guests of both villas unless a full property reservation is made.
The villa operates on solar energy with a generator to ensure air conditioning is available in the bedrooms for 12 hours each night. Guests are kindly requested to consult with the host before using additional electrical equipment to preserve the property’s sustainable systems.
During your stay, you may witness one of nature’s most magical events: turtles nesting on the beach from April to November. We ask guests to avoid using flashlights, smoking, or making noise to protect these beautiful creatures.
Guests have access to their private villa and shared beach area. For exclusive use of the entire property, we recommend reserving both villas.
Rules to Note:
Gatherings, parties, and loud music are not permitted.
Outdoor music is limited to the deck area between 9 AM and 6 PM at a low volume.
Beach bonfires are prohibited.
Violation of these rules may result in fines or legal fees.
