All noise and/or music shall be maintained at reasonable levels during the day to accommodate the quiet enjoyment of neighbors and authorities. No excessive noise or amplified music is permitted between the hours of 10pm and 8am
• For the safety and security of the villa, guests, and staff, no outside guests are permitted in the villa at any time
• Rates are based on ten-guests, additional guest fee of $50 per person per night in low season and $75 per person per night in high season and holiday season will apply for groups of up to 14 guests
• Rates are subject to change without notice
