This house enjoys an open living area on the main floor with a modern kitchen, comfortable seating area, and dining area for 8. Keep the glass doors open to hear the sea’s sounds and the playful tropical birds that inhabit the property—an outdoor patio area with chairs for relaxing.
All three bedrooms are on the upper levels amidst the natural greenery and flowing trees. The master suite is on the top floor with a king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, and a private rooftop patio with a double outdoor shower—the perfect place for private sunbathing or gazing at the night skies.
The second two bedrooms are on the middle floor, also amidst the tree canopies. One bedroom has a king-size bed with an ensuite bathroom, a Juliette balcony, and jungle pool views. The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and built-in bunk beds, an ensuite bathroom, and a Juliette balcony with pool views and a lovely jungle vibe.
This home is ideal for a group of friends or a family. It is a private retreat on a stunning beachfront property in the boutique hotel zone of Tulum beach.
Your stay includes a property host who will greet you and check in with you during your stay. Daily housekeeping is included (except Sundays). Airport Transport, Chef, Massage, and Childcare Services are available for an additional fee.
Please note this home has AC in the bedrooms only, and we ask you to limit it to nighttime use. We are in an off-grid area, and electricity is precious. We do our best to conserve energy to preserve this beautiful area we live in. This is one of the ways we minimize our footprint.
The Villa uses the communal pool, a communal rooftop overlooking the sea, and the onsite yoga space.
