This Villa is a gorgeous new 2BR home steps from the beach. Enjoy amazing views of the turquoise Caribbean with the white sand of Tulum beach only steps from your home.

Excellent for a family or two couples traveling together, comfortable and centrally located beachfront paradise.

The bright and spacious main floor enjoys a double vaulted ceiling, a fully equipped kitchen, a comfortable lounge area, and large glass doors that open to the sea. Leave the doors open to enjoy the view from the dining area and invite the fresh air to flow into the villa.

A bedroom with a queen-size bed on the main floor is perfect for the kids or a couple. Climb up the stairwell and cross the interior bridge to a romantic fairytale master bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and shower, a Juliette balcony, and a vaulted palapa roof.

This Villa is only steps from the beach. The use of boogie boards, SUP, and sea kayaks, along with access to the large pool on the property is included in your stay.

Guests also enjoy the use of the yoga studio space and the bird’s-eye view rooftop patio with incredible views of Tulum Beach.

Loungers and beach chairs are on the beach for you to use.

Please note this home has AC in the bedrooms only and it is restricted to nighttime use. We are in an area that is off-grid and electricity is precious. We do our best to conserve energy and promote awareness. We do our best to preserve this beautiful area we live in. This is one of the ways we minimize our footprint.

We have a lovely manager to greet you and look after you during your stay. Daily housekeeping (except Sundays) and groundskeeping are included so you can fully relax. Chef, Childcare, Massage, and Airport shuttle services are available by request.

Incredible care and attention are present in every aspect of this home.
