The villa’s design is both elegant and welcoming, with high brick ceilings, arched doorways, and thoughtful details in every corner. The cozy living room features a 56” TV with Sonos surround sound, while the spacious terrace invites you to enjoy the ocean breeze.  All of first floor living areas, pool and Terrace, as well as the Rooftop all have amazing Sonos integration to enjoy through the house, or specific areas.  The house has powerful Wifi throughout as well.  Every detail inside Casa Priakos has been planned to make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as possible.

Each of the four master suites offers breathtaking views of Soliman Bay, giving you a peaceful and private retreat. The rooftop bedroom will become your favorite place, as it has an observation deck in the highest point in the bay. Think of all the sunrises you can witness and all the stargazing you can enjoy.

Outside, you’ll find your own slice of paradise. A stone path leads to the pool, which is surrounded by hammocks and sunbeds under palm trees. Just steps away is your private beach, where you can lounge or explore the calm waters with the villa’s kayaks.
