This contemporary house was designed by world-renowned De Yturbe architects and sits on a 5-acre estate with 300 feet of pristine seafront and 300 feet of lagoon front, 300 sq meters of roofed space, and another 350 sq meters of exteriors.
Villa offers the newest sustainability standards. It is completely auto-sufficient – sun, wind power, and a very silent backup generator – a zero-carbon property, but with all the modern comforts such as A/C in all bedrooms, 120″ cinema projector, Sky TV, Wi-Fi internet, etc.
