It is a short drive to downtown/Old Town, golf, airport, marina, more restaurants, bars, beaches and the Malecon.

On the 19th floor of this beautiful complex is home to the condominium that has been professionally decorated, and has a fully equipped kitchen with upscale appliances and amenities. The dining area seats 8 comfortably. There are 4 TVs, 3 flat screens in bedrooms, cable, DVD player, sound system, wireless internet, and a full-size washer/dryer in the unit. You have all the comforts of home to make your vacation all the more enjoyable.

The unit has 2 large balconies, one off of the bedrooms and the other off of the living/dining area with floor-to-ceiling doors and spectacular ocean, or mountain views from most rooms.

With three bedrooms and three bathrooms this spacious, contemporary beauty sleeps 6-8 comfortably. Master bedroom with a king-size bed with Jacuzzi tub, Two double beds in the second bedroom, and Two twin beds in the third bedroom.

You can have a massage in the unit. They bring the bed up. Just make an appt at the reception desk

On the side of the river is a beach club called Chicabal. They open on the weekends from 2-9 pm and at 9 pm they have beautiful fireworks for a minute and a half. You can get a discount if you say you are staying on the peninsula.
