A mandatory security deposit of USD 7,500 is required at the time of booking, the deposit is for security and shall be refunded within 14 days of the check-out date
A mandatory Food Deposit of USD 1000 per night is required at the time of booking, the deposit is for food and activities. Any remaining balance shall be refunded within 14 days of the check-out date
A 10% Resort Fee is applicable for all bookings
The number of nightly guests cannot exceed: 12 when the Pacific House Punta Mita is confirmed as a 5-bedroom and 16 when the Pacific House Punta Mita is reserved as a 7-bedroom
An extra guest fee of USD 250 + taxes & fees is applicable for guests over 12
Check-in at 4 PM, Check-out at 11 AM.
Services included are the preparation and service of breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Food and drinks are not included. We can arrange pantry/grocery stocking and shopping during pre-arrival and your stay a 20% shopping fee is added to the total amount. Specially designed menu, according to guests’ preferences. All kinds of dietary needs can be catered to, from vegan, pescatarian, and gluten-free to Kosher.
The renter is financially responsible for the costs of repairing any damage caused by the renter or the Renter’s guests that occurs while the Renter occupying the unit. Renter specifically acknowledges that Pacífica House has the right to charge against Renter’s security deposit any first portion of the damages Serves.
Pets accepted with a pet cleaning fee of USD 500 are charged per pet and a security deposit of USD 1,000 per pet. (Security deposit is refundable upon departure if the Pacific House Punta Mita does not present any damage).
