Oceanfront PH Amara Ixtapa 5 beds offer 4200 sq. ft. between the 15th and 16th floors. You enter into a large living room and dining room with floor-to-ceiling glass sliders that open up from either side allowing you to bring the outdoors in. There are two Master Bedrooms each facing the ocean where you can step out onto the terrace to welcome another day in paradise. Two bedrooms face the golf course and have a lush tropical view where you can also see the heart of Ixtapa across the street. There is a fifth bedroom added to the top terrace floor. All rooms have a bathroom. The towers were designed where there are only 2 residences per floor so you will have privacy and be able to have the best of both worlds, oceanview, and tropical beauty.

Oceanfront PH Amara Ixtapa 5 beds is right in the heart of Ixtapa. You can walk to restaurants, nightclubs, boutiques, shops, grocery stores, and drug stores. Amara Ixtapa is a newer development located right on the main Ixtapa Beach, Playa El Palmar, where you will have all the amenities of a luxury resort, including daily maid service and wireless internet. We have a private property manager to help you with anything you need from dinner reservations and tours to even hiring a private chef for an incredible meal on our private rooftop.

Guests can take the elevator down to beautifully landscaped grounds that include 3 pools, one huge infinity pool for families that feels like it goes right into the ocean, another infinity pool for adults only, and a small wading pool for children. Guests can enjoy very reasonably priced drinks and snacks made by Amara’s bartenders. There is a gate that leads right to the sand where guests can enjoy private palapas with lounge chairs.

Guests can access both levels of the penthouse. The top terrace is our private rooftop backyard. The fifth bedroom with an ensuite bath with shower and small refrigerator is on this floor. The terrace has built-in sofas, a dining table, lounge chairs for sunning, and a jacuzzi. Perfect area to relax and enjoy amazing sunsets.
Other things to note
There is a security fee payable directly upon check-in to the administration office of 300 pesos per person 3 years and older.
