Due to its location in a protected natural area and World Heritage Site, the villa uses the latest advancements in technology to minimize energy and water consumption: modern appliances are wind- and solar-powered, and rainwater is harvested to meet most of the guests’ needs. A/C is available, though the residence is designed to maximize airflow and stay fresh and comfortable year-round.
