Due to its location in a protected natural area and World Heritage Site, the villa uses the latest advancements in technology to minimize energy and water consumption. The modern appliances are wind and solar-powered, while rainwater is harvested to meet most of the guest’s needs. And although A/C is available, the residence is designed to maximize airflow and stay fresh and comfortable all year round.
