it was a lovely place close to restaurants and the beach. The cleaners did a great job. All of the kitchen items were provided and they were very responsive and helped us with our shuttle service. The noise level was good. Our only complaint was the WiFi. We didn’t have WiFi for a day it was slow and in and out. We work from home so it’s very important. We also recommend having more than two sets of keys for a villa with 3 rooms.

We had a wonderful stay!! The house was bigger than we expected and we slept on clouds every night on king sized beds. The pool was so much fun and cleaned every day. There is a 7/11 and pharmacy conveniently located a couple of doors down. Communication was great at all times, we had room service every day and the housekeepers went above and beyond. Some reviewers mentioned the weird smell of Raid in the house but we thought it was more of a light musty smell. However , this is common in tulum due to being in the middle of a jungle. Once we turned the AC on, the smell was gone.
Hot water was finicky but we didn’t mind because after a long day out with 100 degree weather, a hot shower was not needed. The place was beautiful, we felt safe and comfortable. The beach is a short walk away and some great breakfast options right next door.
All in all, we had an amazing time here ! Don’t hesitate in booking 🙂
