Heart three is more secluded than the other two bungalows. It is located in the garden, next to the pool. It is a peaceful eco-friendly two-level bungalow that can accommodate up to four guests. This unit is part of a three-property bungalow that shares a pool with an outdoor grill area and it has its shade palapa with lounge chairs by the beach. The ground-level King bedroom comes with a full kitchen, outdoor patio, a bathroom, and a living area. The second King bedroom is located on the second level with its bathroom, and a terrace with beautiful views.

IMPORTANT:
-Visitor day pass fee – $20
The rate is based on 2 guests, the additional guest fee is $35 per guest, per night.
-Early check-in fee $100.00 per hour IF the property is available for an early check-in
-No Fishing in the Bay, No camping, No bonfires, No Jet Skis, No Kite Surfing, and NO LOUD MUSIC.
-ALL weddings & events must be pre-approved by our staff.
* There is a fee for beach cleaning before and after the event, as well as the paperwork required by the government for usage of the beach area.
* To host an event or wedding at the property, there is a charge of USD 2,000. This fee is used for event cleanup, furniture setup, and for the right to be able to host the event at the property.
* If the guests bring in outside vendors, there will be outside vendor fees.
* Outside Vendors Include: (Yoga, Massages, Decoration, Private Chef – other than ours, Bar Keeper, Flower Arrangements, Musicians, Entertainment, Photographer, etc. )

A security deposit of USD 1,500 will apply with your total rental.
