Happy Villa Puerto Vallarta is equipped with an array of included amenities and services:
• Personal service by the villa staff including a daily housekeeper (except Sundays and holidays)

THE STAFF
The staff is charming, well trained, and eager to please. They consist of three housemen, two maids, two gardeners, two chefs and a laundress. Their desire is to see that the guests have a wonderful stay.

It is customary in Mexico for the staff to have all day Sunday off, but Sunday service can be arranged with notice and an additional fee.

FOOD AND LIQUOR
The menus are selected by the guests, and all the shopping is done by the staff on an “at cost” basis plus a 15% shopping and delivery fee, which allows our staff to visit more stores in order to find the highest quality food and beverages at the best prices. Guests are currently experiencing an average of $50 per person per day for food, but this may vary based on liquor consumption.

An itemized statement of the bills will be presented to the guests the day before departure from the Villa, at which time the bill is paid by cash only. [Please note: no credit cards, travelers checks, or personal checks accepted] The chefs are trained under American standards, and wash all fruits and vegetables in a purifying agent prior to their storage in the refrigerator.

SPA SERVICES
Should you wish to treat yourself to a massage, facial, manicure, pedicure, yoga or Pilates instruction, these services are available without having to leave the premises. Reservations should be made prior to arrival and may be arranged through our office manager.

THE BEACH
There are private stairs to the public beach below, a sandy swimming beach called Los Muertos. In addition, guests have VIP access to a private beach & club just below the Villa, “The Puerto Vallarta Beach Club.”

THE LIBRARY
The air-conditioned library has hundreds of books, a piano, house computer with free unlimited high speed internet access, and DirecTV from the USA with hundreds of channels from which to choose. There is also wireless high speed internet access throughout most of the estate for those bringing laptops or other internet devices.

AIR CONDITIONING
All bedrooms have air conditioning.

WATER
The estate has its own 30,000 gallon reservoir and purification system.

ELECTRICITY
All of the Villa’s electric plug receptacles are U.S. standard (AC 110-115) outlets.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
A comprehensive information pack, with answers to most questions from arriving guests, such as “what to wear,” “what to bring,” etc., will be sent to the guests 30 days prior to arrival. Villa is walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and night life, and only 21 minutes from the airport. A rental car is not needed.
