• Refundable Security Deposit: A mandatory $2,500 USD refundable security deposit is required for all bookings. This deposit will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of the villa after your stay.
• Guest Policy: Only registered guests are allowed in the villa. No unregistered guests will be permitted at any time.
• Rates: All rates are subject to change at any time without notice. Please check with us for the most up-to-date pricing.
• Taxes: Rates do not include tax. Please be aware that taxes will be added to the final booking cost.

• Maximum Occupancy: The villa can accommodate up to 32 guests. This includes two small children under the age of 3, who can stay at no additional cost if they sleep with their parents. All other children will be counted as guests. The standard occupancy is two persons per bedroom. • Non-Smoking Policy: Casa Ivon Puerto Vallarta is a non-smoking property. However, smoking is permitted in designated exterior areas.
