The apartment is extraordinary for any occasion, it has A/C in all areas. (You don’t need windows opening) a delicious breeze comes in.
24 hours private security.
Jacuzzi on the terrace! with a stunning view.
The 2 bedrooms has very comfortable mattresses and black out curtains, a large closet, bedding, cushions, pillows and a reading light; both bathrooms have basics and towels for the bath, pool and beach.
The kitchen is well equipped, fridge, stove, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, juice extractor, pots, etc.
The apartment has Wifi, cable TV in the main room. TV with NETFLIX and cable in the room and also a dvd player. (yes, they still exist).
The dining room is for eight people with exceptional space and the living room has 2 very comfortable leather chairs.
There is a safe box to store your belongings, although it is not necessary it’s very safe, there is a closed circuit of cameras throughout the condo except inside the apartment (we value privacy)
A parking drawer. (low season there is the possibility to use 2)
Washer and dryer.
There is a restaurant inside the condo, very delicious with normal prices.

Upon arrival, make the bracelets payment that give the hallmark of the condominium: $ 350 pesos (18 usd) for adults, $ 200 pesos (10 usd) for children under 12 years old to 4 years old and children under 4 years old not charge.
It does not include the charge in the cost per night because it is an administrative charge of the condominium that covers all your stay.
The tennis court, spa, gym and steam room has an extra cost (OPTIONAL).
Guest access
The common areas are the 2 pools with their corresponding Jacuzzis, gardens, palapas and beds on the beach and next to the swimming pools, playgrounds for children, restaurant area and the surrounding areas.
