Vatule Punta Mita sleeps up to 5 families, a maximum of 26 guests, offering 5 king suites, all with Pacific Ocean views and private entrances, a children’s bunk house that sleeps 12 with its own media room, and an unoccupied staff house with a queen bedroom and a queen fold-out sofa. While the primary master is the largest, most grand suite at Vatulé, all four guest master suites are identical offering all guests the same luxury.

Vatulé is situated in La Punta (The Point) Estates on the south side of St. Regis and Four Seasons resorts. Inside the gates, guests have full access to two Jack Nicklaus golf courses, a tennis club, a fitness center, Kapuri Beach Club, Pacifico Beach Club, Sufi Ocean Club, El Surf Club, and the Seabreeze Beach Club at St. Regis. Vatulé is closer than any other property to “The Cove” surf break access.

Vatulé overlooks the Pacific Ocean hosting sunset and island views along with the best surf view in all of the Punta Mita development. Vatulé is the only home with visible sunsets every evening of the year and it is elevated over the golf course so it maintains its privacy.

Vatulé offers 2 living and dining rooms, a shaded outdoor living/dining area next to the pool with a wet bar and grill, an office, and 2 rooftop terraces, all with Pacific views. Vatulé boasts a 72-foot infinity pool and a jacuzzi that seats 14 people. It has an expansive 50-yard playing field for lawn games, which overlooks the 17th fairway: Nicklaus’ favorite hole.

Vatulé was designed for outdoor entertaining with 27 outdoor speakers that provide ambient sound throughout the 1.5-acre property, via Control 4 operation. Vatulé has plenty of outdoor areas with shade including a daybed palapa and four pool-side 2.5×2.5 meter adjustable umbrellas. WiFi is accessible throughout the property.

A chef with his team will prepare and serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and day-long housekeeping service is included. A six-seat golf cart, 10 adult bikes, and 3 children’s bikes are included.
Additional golf carts are available for rent.

Vatulé is named after owners Kenton and Donna Bruice’s three children: Valen, Tulah, and Leighton.
