The Space & Living Area:
Spanning an impressive 3,300 square feet across the entire length of the building, this unit is situated on the cooler north side, allowing for a wonderful cross breeze. The gigantic living room features a large L-shaped sofa and opens up to extra-large balconies on two sides, making the space feel as if it seamlessly blends into the pool and the ocean.

With modern wallpaper, soothing colors, brand-new furniture, and high-end mattresses throughout, the condo offers a luxurious feel that rivals the city’s top 5-star hotels. Enjoy meals at the solid wood dining table with seating for 8, prepared in the fully equipped kitchen featuring a sleek flat-panel stove.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The condo is ideal for 8 guests but can comfortably accommodate up to 10.

Master Suite: A massive retreat offering fantastic ocean and mountain views with large balconies on two sides. It includes a spacious double vanity, a large closet, a walk-in shower, and a deep soaking tub.

Second Bedroom: Features a King-size bed, a private balcony with stunning views, and an en-suite bathroom.

Third Bedroom: Equipped with two trundle beds (which pull out into double beds), offering beautiful pool and ocean views, plus an en-suite bathroom.

Fourth Bedroom: The owners’ favorite! A quiet, beautifully textured, and cozy room with a double (full) bed and an adjacent bathroom.

Location & Resort Amenities:
Centrally located, you will have easy access to fabulous restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The property offers 24-hour security, covered parking, and access to the resort’s beach and pool loungers (we also provide our own beach chairs inside the unit for your convenience).

⚠️ Important Information & Rules:

Capacity & Registration: There is a strict maximum limit of 10 people (including children). As in most 5-star resorts, all guests and visitors must register at the security desk. The total number of registered people cannot exceed 10.

Electricity: The rental rate includes an electricity credit of $10 USD per day, which is more than enough for regular use. Any excess usage must be paid in cash to the property manager at checkout.

Water: While the tap water in the Peninsula towers is potable, we provide two complimentary 5-gallon jugs of filtered water. If you need more, the building staff can deliver extra jugs for just $40 MXN (approx. $2 USD) each.
