Welcome to Peninsula Vallarta (PV), the most luxurious beachfront resort in Puerto Vallarta! Located on the city’s best beach, our incredible corner unit on the 24th floor (just below the penthouse) is perfectly designed to offer you a premium vacation experience.

The Space:
This expansive apartment comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families or groups. It features 3.5 bathrooms and a highly convenient sleeping layout:

Two Master Suites: Featuring King-size beds and their own private en-suite bathrooms with showers.

Third Bedroom: Equipped with two single (twin) beds and an en-suite bathroom.

Flex Room: A separate room featuring a futon that sleeps 1-2 people.

Additionally, there is a convenient half-bathroom located off the laundry area.

The Peninsula offers a massive infinity pool overlooking the ocean and mountains, complete with a dedicated kiddie pool. Palapas and loungers line our beautiful beach for your relaxation. Inside the complex, you will enjoy:

A private 14-person movie theater (available to rent), a bar/lounge, and a business center with free internet.

Conveniently located in the heart of the Hotel Zone, the condo is only 10 minutes from the airport, 10 minutes from the marina, and 15 minutes from downtown PV. Uber and taxis are readily available to take you anywhere!

Guest Access & Extras:
You will have full access to all condo features and building amenities, including two covered garage parking spaces and 24-hour security. The unit features high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs in every bedroom and the living room, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a local phone. We even provide pool towels and some pool toys for a perfect sunny day!

⚠️ Important Summer Notice (Electricity):
Please note that during the summer months (June through August), the rental rates include an electricity allowance of $50 USD for your stay. If the AC is run sparingly and turned off when you are not in the condo, this should easily cover your usage without any extra costs. This clause is in place simply to encourage energy conservation.
