Kupuri 5 Punta Mita

Kupuri 5 is a six-bedroom beachfront villa in the Kupuri enclave of Punta Mita, inside the gated resort and beside the Kupuri Beach Club. It sleeps 14. Natural stone, wood and flowing water shape the house, a multi-level waterfall infinity pool and an ocean-view jacuzzi look out over the Pacific, and a private beach cabana is a short walk away. A butler, a cook and daily housekeeping are included. It suits large families and groups who want full service by the sea.

The house

The open-plan layout lets the indoor and outdoor living areas run into each other, with tiled roofs and organic materials set against the cliffs. Inside:

• A gourmet kitchen and a bar and lounge, equipped for entertaining
• A Sonos sound system and high-speed Wi-Fi
• A private gym

Outside:

• A multi-level waterfall infinity pool and an ocean-view jacuzzi
