- Wi-Fi is available in the living room area only and, due to the villa’s hillside location, can be slow or unreliable at times.
- Quiet hours: No excessive noise or amplified music between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM, out of respect for neighbors and local authorities.
- For the safety and security of the villa, guests, and staff, no outside guests are permitted at any time.
- The villa is fumigated regularly; however, insects are possible in outdoor areas and if doors are left open, especially during the rainy season.
