Stunning indoor and outdoor living areas flow effortlessly in the open-air design of the home. One can lay in the pool, or escape the sun and lounge in the shade beneath the impressive grand palapa. Relax upon a swinging daybed overlooking the three-tiered infinity pool, and watch the sun slowly set below the waves. The indoor living and dining areas open to the outdoors by opening the ornate collapsible doors which extend the space to the terraces on either side, providing a warm ocean breeze for your evening. The finishing touch is the private rooftop terrace above the master suite, complete with a daybed for you to soak in the incredible oceanic views.

Your holiday at the villa includes the services of a private chef and housekeeper, leaving you to effortlessly play a game of volleyball on the beach, take a stroll through the exotic gardens, or gather around the fire pit for a glass of wine and good conversation. While chef service is included, the villa is fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen, stone pizza oven, drink station, and breakfast bar that is truly a home chef’s dream.

With five luxury suites for you to choose from.
We have four bedrooms with king beds and one bedroom with two full beds. In addition to these five luxury suites, there is an additional junior suite loft with a queen bed. Each room has a private en-suite bathroom, and the master and guest master are complete with secluded outdoor showers. The master bedroom also has its own lounge area, workspace, and retractable glass wall to open to beach views and the terrace with access to the hot tub.

Is the most magical place my family and I have ever stayed! The home is a paradise on earth. The staff is amazing, taking care of every detail possible. The beach in front of this home is the best in the entire community. The home sits on the beach but further back than others, which is amazing. The waves are at a perfect distance to be soothing to the soul but not so close to be a constant noise. The three-tiered pool and magnificent palapa are my favorite parts of the home. I brought along the president of our company and his wife who have traveled extensively around the world and they mentioned that it was the best vacation they have ever been on in their entire life! I spend a large portion of my time trying to find another opportunity to go back and enjoy this wonderful piece of heaven!

Describing it as incredible would be an understatement! This property is exquisite! The views from the palapa are incredible. The house offers privacy while still having amazing views and beachfront access. When we aren’t swimming in the infinity pool for hours our kids play on the combed sand beach building castles while we enjoy guacamole and the views. We have enjoyed massages under the palapa and cooked in the chefs kitchen. Last trip we enjoyed access to the electric bikes with baby seats and rode throughout all of Punta Mita.
