Built-in the style of open concept, the large living, dining, and kitchen area will easily accommodate a family of 10.

The first thing you’ll notice about the villa is the private pool with a ramp that takes you directly to the pristine beach. This villa is fully handicap accessible. Terrace with dining for 8 and lounge chairs As you walk into the home, you are greeted with a spacious living room complete with satellite TV, and an adjacent dining room with seating for 8. The open floor plan allows family members in the full kitchen to stay in contact with others even at the pool.

The villa has 4 ensuite bedrooms. The beautiful Master suite also has an ocean view with direct access to the beach and pool and is furnished with King Size bed. A second bedroom features 2 full beds and a full wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The third guest bedroom has a king-size bed while the fourth bedroom has 2 full beds. All of the bedrooms are equipped with en suite bathrooms, large closets; mini split air conditioning, ceiling fan, and a flat-screen TV.

As magnificent as this villa is in the interior, the outdoor area will delight your senses as well with its oversize terrace, Weber BBQ, shaded exterior dining area, and the large oceanfront pool with direct access to the beach.
