Architecture
Estate Casas was the culmination of a visual experience designed by the owner and realized by esteemed architect and MIT graduate, Marta Lozano. The estate required two years to design and nearly two years to build. The graciousness of the front foyer, expansive continuity of the ocean view from the front entrance, extensive stone masonry and marble finishes, comprehensive stone “rug” details, custom carpentry, wood, and furniture details, as well as the exquisite antiques throughout the property, create an estate experience unparalleled in Punta de Mita. Every pass through an area, space, or room provides additional detail that complements the stunning architectural feat. The majority of the custom furniture, art, and antiques were acquired in Guadalajara, Mexico, and reflect an Old World Spanish influence. Every detail incorporates uniquely designed finishes to complete this magnificent estate.
